DF241A系列染色机是我厂在总结多年来生产GR201系列、GR202系列和MF系列染色机经验的基础上，结合近年来纱线染色的新工艺、新技术以及各客户的新要求，博采国外先进染色机长处而开发的立式圆筒形全充满式的高温、高压纱线染色机。
该产品主要适合在140℃以下对棉、毛、麻、涤棉、涤等天然纤维及其混纺织物的绞纱、筒子纱进行染、煮、漂白、清洗等工艺处理。
该机与以前常规染色机相比较，其突出优点为：
一、采用最新设计的目前国内最先进、优良的高效率、高抗汽蚀的混流泵。其染液正反循环通过泵内的换向阀自动完成，泵内叶轮能为染纱过程提供大流量和足够扬程系数，其穿透性强，适染高难织物，被染织物色牢度高，具有很好的匀染效果，适染多种织物。
二、全充满结构：该机具有化料系统（搅拌器和化料桶），加料加压系统（辅泵）、染液内外循环系统（冷却器）。这样能使染色过程在常温高压和高温高压中，对织物完成工艺要求，适用性广，染色色光度好。
三、自动化程度高，工艺重演性好，操作使用方便：因为该机配备电脑控制，使染色操作过程自动化，减少手动操作而引起的人为因素。染色过程完全按照工艺要求运行，各功能、指令帽电器系统程序控制，使工艺具有重演性，减少缸差。
四、合理、完善的操作环境和高度的安全性：该机采用自封式锅口密封，气动式名优口锁紧联动安全装置，且气动式锅盖启闭装置，使用方便，安全可靠。
各管口采用气手两用阀门，锅内的盘管，加热冷却系统均采用自动控制，劳动强度低，操作环境舒适。
DF241 series,dyeing machine is the vertical cylinder type
full filling high temperature & high pressure dyeing machine
for yarns,which is developed gy our factory on the basis of
sumjarizing experiences on producing GR201series,GR202series
amd MF series dyeing machinge,combining with new process,new
technology and new requiremnets of variors customers on yarm
dyeing ,and absorbing advantages of foreing advanced dyeing
machines ,This product is mainly suitable for process
treatment (such as dyeing,boiling,blanching and cleaning,etc.)under140℃
for cotton,wool,hemp ,polyester cotton and polyester
fiber,etc. matural fiber,and reeled yarn & cheese of thier
blend fabric.
Comparing with previous nomal dyeing machine, its
outstanding advantages are:
1.Adopt the most advanced mixed flow pump(with excellent
high efficiency and high cavitation resistance perfomanc)fo
newest desigh currently in China. The direct reverse
circulaeion tor dyeing is executed by change ralve inside
the pump .The impeller inside the pump can provide large
flow and enough head coelicient for yarm dyeing
procredure.Due to its strong penetrbility,it is suitable for
very difficrlt texture and various kinds of textures.The
dyed textrue is with high color fastness and good uniform
dyeing effects.
2.Full-filling structure:Theis machine is equipped with
chemical raw meterial system(beater and chemical material
barrel),mat4rial feeding &pressurizing system(auxiliary
pump),and intermal & extermal ciculation system of dye
liqcr(cooler).Thus the dyeing procedure can be cpmpleted to
meet process requiements under both normal tempreature high
pressure and high temperature ghgh pressure.The qpplicablity
is wide and the dyeing ahade is good.
3.High automation degree with good process repestability and
convenient operation:Since thes machine is equipped with
computer control system,the dyeing operation.The dyeing
procedure can be executed completely according to process
requirements.Each function and order can be controlled by
program of electric system,thrs the process is with
repeatability and the cylinder difference is rseduced.
4.Ressonsble,prefect operating environmert and high
safety:This machine adopts selfsealimg type sealing member
for kettle,pneumatic kettle locking interlocking asfety
device,and pneumatic prening & closing device for kettle
cover.It is with convenient operation and is safety *&
reliable.Each orifice adoptes & manual dual-purpose valve
and the coil heating systems inside kettle are all
automatically controlled.Hence,the labor strength is low and
the operaftion environment is comfortable.
安装与调试
*布置安装位置时，除考虑机器本身机械安装的空间外，还要考虑染机周围的场地，是否能满足装缸、出缸、布放纱笼等要求以及是否有利于今后保养工作的进行。
*机器可按下法找平：气动打开缸盖，在缸口处，十字交叉水平尺检验水平，最后紧固地脚螺栓。
*排液口和卸压管的下方，均庆开有地沟，使废液沿着地沟顺利排出，避免油溢地面，腐蚀机器支架，地沟方位用户根据现场自行决定。
*调试前应检查各部位的螺栓（特别是泵底架的螺栓或调节丝杆）是否紧固，带有还将有轴器的泵一定要使电机与泵轴同心。
*电气设备及压缩空气控制线路的安装位置，均由使用单位根据厂房具体情况自行决定，但应方便操作，不影响纱笼的搬运。（注意：电缆切靠近热源）
操作运转
操作前的准备工作
*检查各气动阀和电气位置，确使它们在装设置与控制柜上各按钮开关一一对应，并合泵的转向正确。
*用肥皂液苏打溶液或其它适宜的洗涤剂对机器进行彻底清洗。
*为避免可能的残留污物给试验原料造成污斑，为此试验时最好先染深色，后染浅色。
*染槽内通入所需要的软水，将装有被染物的染笼吊入染槽后加热到40～50℃煮炼十分钟，取出染笼排液。
操作运转注意事项：
禁止在受压状态下启盖或常压状态下闭盖排液。
主泵与辅泵绝不允许在缺水情况下启动，泵在运转中如发生异常声响或其它故障时，应立即停车检修。
特别注意：
请严格遵守当地劳动部门或锅炉压力容器安全主管单位的规章制度和法规；并接受上述部门的监督和检查。
严禁在80℃以上开启锅盖或个管口,以免发生事故。
Installation and adjustment
*When arranging installation positions,besides
considering the self mechanical installation space of the
equipment,the surrounding site of dyeing machine shall also
be considered so as to ensure the cylinder lilling ,cylineer
discharging and sarong layort,etc work wioo be favorable to
the furure maintenance.
*The machine can be levelve acfording to following
mathod:Open the cylinder coer pneumatically.
Place the horizontal ruler in cross directions on the
cylinder opening to inspect the levelness.Finally fix the
anchor bolts.
*The sewer shall be arranged rnder the liquor drainage
outlet and pressure relief pipe so thet the waste liquor wil
be easily discharged along the sewer to avoid splashing to
grund,which will be corrosive to the bracket of maching.The
sewer location shall be determined by customer according to
the site conditions.
*Inspect bolts in every part before adjustment for
fastness(especially the bolts and adjusting leading screws
of pump bracket).The motor shall be concentric with pump
shaft for pump with coupler.
*The installation ot elecric equipment and compressed air
control circuilt shal be deteimined by customer according to
actual conditions of workshop .However it shall be
convenient for the operation withort lffecting the
teanspoutation of sarongs.(Note:Keep cable away from the
heat source).
Operation
Preparation before operation
*Inspect the location of each pneumatic valve and electric
device so as to ensure thet their installation position will
be corresponding to each button switch on the control
cabinet and ensure the correct pump rotation.
*Do thorough cleaning for the machine with soap bath,soda
solution and other suitable wasbing abents.
*In order to avoid bloch on test materials by probable
remaining dirt,it is better to dyt deep color first and then
dye weak color in the test.
*Fill in required slft water inside the dye bexk and then
hoist de cage containing materials to be dyed into the dye
beck.Jeat to about 40-50℃and boil for ten minutes.Tske ort
the dye cage and discharge teh liquor.
Notes to in operation:
*It is strictly prohibit to open the cover undrr
pressurizing comdition or close to discharge liquor vnder
normal pressure condition.
*The main pump and auxiliary pump can mot be started when
lacking of water.If there is any abnormal noise or other
faults in the operation of punp,it shall be stopped
immediately for inspection.
Special motes
*Please observe strictly the laws and regulationg stipulated
by local labour department or the safety authorityfor
pressure containers of boiler,and accept the supervision and
inspection by the abovementionsd departments.
*Strictly forbid opening the cover of boiler or respective
mauth of pipe in oder to avoid accident.
